Two designated accessible parking bays are located at the western end of the venue.
A clear, well-marked path connects parking areas to the building entrance.

All public entrances are wheelchair accessible with automatic doors and ramps.
There are no steps or obstructions at entrances.
Internal Access
The venue has two levels connected by a lift and wide internal ramp.
Lift dimensions: Height 2100mm, Length 1965mm, Width 800mm.
Corridors and hallways are wide and unobstructed.
Accessible Bathrooms
Accessible restrooms are located near conference spaces.
Facilities include emergency call buttons and grab rails.
Stages and Seating
Temporary staging can include accessible ramps on request.
Wheelchair seating and companion seating can be incorporated into room layouts.
Pillarless rooms ensure clear sightlines.
Hickinbotham Hall includes three large LED screens suitable for low-vision delegates.

The conference organisers are pleased to offer delegates a family friendly break out room for parents and children where the plenary sessions will be streamed.
Getting there
Public Transport
Adelaide’s City Loop bus drops passengers at the Botanic Gardens East Terrace Entrance. Adelaide Metro buses, bring you to the National Wine Centre bus stop either on Botanic Road (stop 1) or on Hackney Road (stop 2).

Car
Two 15 minute unloading parks are located at the Western end of the venue. Access is via the driveway on Botanic Road after bus stop 1 and entry into the venue is by the Wined Bar courtyard.

Royal Park Hotel Carpark - All day parking for $14.50 flat rate. EasyPark app required for payment.
Multi Story carparks are located on Frome Road and North Terrace followed by a 5 - 10 minute walk along Botanic Road to The National Wine Centre.

Adelaide experiences mild winters and a warm, dry summer. It has an average maximum temperature of 29°C (84.2°F) in summer and 15 - 16°C (59 - 60.8°F) in winter.
During summer (December - February), average temperatures range from 16.7 - 28.6°C (62 - 83.5°F) and rainfall is sparse. Occasionally temperatures can soar to 40°C (104°F). Adelaide enjoys the lowest humidity of any Australian city.
