Email Signature

Outlook Instructions

  1. Download your preferred email signature by clicking on the image and downloading a copy

  2. Open a new email message in Outlook

  3. On the Message tab, click Signature and then click Signatures

  4. In the email account list, pick the email you want (if you have multiple)

  5. Under ‘Select signature to edit’, select New and type a name for the signature

  6. Type the details you want listed in your signature in the Edit signature box

  7. To add the image, click the photo icon and select the downloaded file

  8. Once added to your signature, click the image and then click the hyperlink button and enter https://www.avs2026.org/ into the address field

  9. Save
